Licensed since 2021, Sonja Nichols brings a strong understanding of North Mississippi’s real estate market and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. A Union County native, she offers deep local knowledge and experience across a variety of transactions, including estate sales, new construction, land purchases, and working with both first-time buyers and seasoned homeowners.

Sonja and her husband, Chad, have been married for 23 years and have raised three wonderful boys. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her hunting with Chad, traveling, or happily spending time doing whatever her granddaughters want to do.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Sonja and Chad were—and continue to be—longtime entrepreneurs and business owners. This background gives her a strong foundation in customer service, negotiation, and understanding the unique needs of her clients.
